Orders are at the company's expense, and private purchases are not possible. Please ensure that orders are discussed with the person responsible for the cost center or with your supervisor.

All orders are processed exclusively by Hagemann and its logistics partners.

Provided that the ordered products are available, orders are processed as quickly as possible in the warehouse and handed over to the logistics partner DHL (go green). Ordered items can generally be delivered within 3-4 days within Germany, unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery times. Deliveries abroad may take longer.

The minimum order value is 50,- Euro per order.

For all orders, the delivery costs per parcel will be charged additionally. Please note that depending on volume and/or weight and delivery address, considerable additional costs may be incurred. In order to save delivery costs, it makes sense to plan orders carefully and to bundle orders.

Your orders will be consolidated, and the costs will be posted internally to your cost center once a year (in March) or, in the case of TDK Group companies, invoiced with a 1% markup.

Please observe the applicable (tax) laws and company policies in each country regarding the requirement to provide documentation and the value limits for gifts to customers and employees.
