Orders are at the company's expense, and private purchases are not possible. Please ensure that orders are discussed with the person responsible for the cost center or with your supervisor.

All orders are processed exclusively by Hagemann and its logistics partners.

Provided that the ordered products are available, orders are processed as quickly as possible in the warehouse and handed over to the logistics partner DHL (go green). Ordered items can generally be delivered within 3-4 days within Germany, unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery times. Deliveries abroad may take longer.

The minimum order value is 50,- Euro per order.

For all orders, the delivery costs per parcel will be charged additionally. Please note that depending on volume and/or weight and delivery address, considerable additional costs may be incurred. In order to save delivery costs, it makes sense to plan orders carefully and to bundle orders.

For economic and ecological reasons, we would like to avoid deliveries to Asia, Oceania and countries with complex customs regulations. In Asia in particular, similar promotional items can be procured more cheaply locally. This should be checked before placing an order in the promotional products shop. We will be happy to advise you on this.

Your orders are summarised and the costs are posted internally to your cost centre twice a year (generally October and March). For administrative reasons, TDK Group Companies must achieve a minimum turnover of 500 Euros per year and receive an invoice with a 1% mark-up in March.

Please observe the laws and company guidelines applicable in the respective country regarding the maximum value limits for gifts.
